jobs from spot color to full color, one
side print to multiple - page printing,

Aspire Printing Press is specialized
in offset printing with advanced CTP technology.
CTP (computer-to-plate)
Once the artwork has been approved it needs
to be converted to plates for printing.
Aspire Printing Press exclusively owns two
Fuji CTP machines.
What is Computer-to-Plate ?
Computer-to-plate is the process of transferring
digital data from computers
directly
onto printing plates, hence the term computer-to-plate.
This process eliminates the need for film
and chemical proofs by utilising PDF files.

Film stripping and planning
Exposing film to plates
Removing
steps from the production cycle and outputting
directly to plate reduces prepress production
time and gives better quality of the production.
Computer-to-plate produces a sharper and

The registration of a
job is performed with digital precision
by the CtP plate-setter eliminating
potential for human error during the
film stripping process.
Plates exposed by laser generate a
sharper and cleaner image than a traditional
plate using light exposure with the
potential for soft-edging due to halation,
refraction and light scatter.

Aspire Printing Press, Publishing and Distribution
owns 2 and 4 color models all with the option
to convert to and from perfecting mode,
for the ultimate in versatility and productivity.
With an excellent "price to performance"
ratio the PERFORMA 66 is the perfect press
for a wide variety of print operations.
There are seventeen rollers in the inking
system with four adjustable oscillating
form rollers of unequal diameter giving
an even and smooth ink layer to the plate.

six- and eight-section sheet-fed offset

MBO folding

quality Muller Martini Prima Plus and Muller
Martini Perfetto Stitching machines. Muller
Martini meets all the requirements of a
universal system for mid-sized and larger
productions: automatic gathering, stitching,
trimming and inserting. This stitching machine
with flying stitching heads achieves a consistent
stitching quality with both standard and
eyelet stitching. The integrated three-knife
trimmer ensures exceptional trimming results.
Often taken for granted, a good trim is
essential. Big format works or small size
jobs, accuracy is very important. Naturally,
no one notices good trimming and that's
exactly how it should be.
Hard Cover binding. Our Muller
Martini Sewing (VBF) machine sews pages
together and attaches them to the hard
cover. This kind of binding gives the
solid finished look to your reports and
diaries.
Wire (O) binding is irreplaceable
for daily and weekly planners and
desk calendars. Renz AB700 is our
choice for this job.
